Happy Birthday, Mrs. Orr

A bee spends his last days on a zinnia in our backyard

Happy Birthday to the love of my life, who is the best and kindest and most virtuous human being I have ever known.

The two of us spent the day doing exactly what we wanted, and it was fine. I even got some country ham out of the deal…

As the day ends, I am aware of all that I have, of all that has been given me.

I love you, Mrs. Orr. Happy Birthday to my little Texas girl.

Belated ‘Happy Birthday’ to Mrs. Orr!!

My husband’s elder sister was born October 7th…
It seems odd to find little things in common with people who don’t even know each other –
    – and people having the same birthday is a fascinating thing to ponder over, as they tend either to be very much alike or distinctly different.

From the bits and pieces you’ve shared here of your wife, I believe she and my sister-in-law are quite alike… Kathee is one of those genuinely virtuous, generously kind hearted people –
    – and in what was my father-in-law’s highest commendation of any woman, “she’s a good worker!”.
    ;^)
Anyway, I’m glad you both enjoyed Mrs. Orr’s special day!

Thank you, Carol, very much. Mrs. Orr sends her thanks and her regards. Kathee sounds like a lovely soul.

A very happy birthday to Mrs. Orr.
For what it may be worth, I always sent flowers to my mother in law on my wife’s birthday. (Just a thought.)

Mrs. Orr says “Thank you, James!” And if she hadn’t already gone on to her eternal reward, I would send my mother-in-law flowers.
